Base our business success on the achievement of the public’s interest” since the foundation of the company. We are committed to improve and maintain good water environment in order to satisfy the demands of the public and the urban development. To realize the target, we have been making our best effort to provide cost-effective, reliable and safe wastewater service. Meanwhile the competence and capability of the company and its staff have been improved. In the future, we will continue to upgrade our strength and ability and build BDG into a harmonious enterprise. To achieve sustainable development of the capital city and balance of economic grow and environment protection, we will act in the light of scientific viewpoint of development and make more contribution to the building of conservation-minded and environment-friendly society.

　　Scarcity of water resource in Beijing has become a bottleneck restricting the economic growth of the capital city. By fully recognizing BDG's responsibility toward the society and local economic development, we are committed to provide efficient, safe and transparent service to the communities we serve and establish open and responsive relations with all stakeholders. We welcome regulations of the concerned government departments. We will continue our effort on sewerage facility development and successful delivery of capital programs in response to needs of the government. We must work harder to strengthen internal management and improve our performance on project management and facility operation. By accumulating experiences and developing our employees' skills and abilities, we aim to further sharpen our competitive edge and increase BDG's image among the public. We will continue to actively seek the policy support from the government. We will work to deepen internal reform and improve the way we operate to realize autonomous operation and be response to the needs of customers. Our goal is to transform BDG from regional utility to a trans-regional competitive company and gradually accelerate the transformation.
