ZB——Type corrosion resistant plate penstock
Introduction:
ZB—Type corrosion resistant plate penstock is widely used in water supply and wastewater engineering. It is used to truncate the flow in the channel and its working substance include both fresh water and waste water. It is in a good shape and easy to use and maintenance. It has been widely used in many waste water treatment plant in china, and gained consistent admiration of the user because of its excellent performance.
The corrosion resistant plate penstock is in the frame of obvious-stem, which mainly consists of lifting device, frame, gate plate, seal, wedge block compressing set, rod and rod joint, rod guide tube, install accessory and etc. The penstock can be divided into manual type, manual and electric type, electric type according to the headstock. The manual lifting device has a big felevating power, a beautiful appearance, a simplicity, which worth widely spread.
Penstock is installed in the manner of plane enhanced-rib and attached to the wall. It concludes screw, leader, coupling and electrical headstock that is installed on the platform. And it also concludes accessory such as screw shield, locate control box of leader and bolt for install.
The penstock chooses end face integral seal and the seal material is special rubber, which makes the seal safety and durable.
