Property introduction:
The GL series of plastic chain & flight sludge collectors apply to the rectangular advection sedimentation tanks of large、medium、small urban sewage treatment plants and waterworks etc. It is used to scrape and collect some thing like the organic sludge、active sludge、inorganic grit、chemical sludge ,etc which are under the bottom of the tanks; The return flights can also be made use of to collect some things like floating sludge、rubbish and oil slick on the water surface.
The chains、sprockets and flights are made of high-intensity engineering plastic.Compared with the traditional trussed sludge scraper,it has some advantages: the more simple structure、lower cost、and more steady running, it doesn’t destabilize the flow of the tanks. Its plastic components are corrosion-resisting、ageing-resisting、light weight and its chains and sprockets can last more than ten years. The plastic chain & flight sludge collectors can be added a hatch in order to prevent the odor from leaking. Main components’ technical specifications:
1.Working chains
It consists of common chain link、scraper chain link、chain pin、circlip.The four parts are made of reinforce nylon resin 6, the chains’interspace is 152.4mm, respectively, its working load is not less than 14KN.
2.Drive chains
The chain link is made of reinforce nylon resin 6,we use stainless steel pivot and UHMW-PE pin-sleeve，whose working load isno less than 17kN.
3.Drive sprocket、Driven sprocket、Dragging sprocket、Guided sprocket
They are made of reinforce nylon resin 6, the minimum tensile strength of this material is 80N/mm2.
4.Flights
Common flight’s maximum length is 7.5m. The box type flight’s maximum length is 10m. The flights are made of Glass reinforced Polyester.
5.Overload protection
In order to make sure it runs safely,for fear that emergency destructions by reason of overresistance would happen,we install the sheering pin and thermoregulator on the drive sprocket.
6.control system
We provide the single control or group control system for the needs of customers,we provide in-situ control system and remote control system as well.
